NOTE: Don’t Be Discouraged:  We have to be selective with our acceptance policy because music supervisors, producers, editors and ad agency creatives go to companies like ours to help them screen and select only the best music for their shows and commercials. If your tracks are not accepted, don’t be discouraged; we provide a general critique as to why your track(s) were not accepted-(broadcast quality, lyric change, phrasing, etc). You may re-submit the edited track at no charge, if you choose to do so.

Music Licensing Agreement

We offer a 3 year non-exclusive licensing agreement with a 50-50 split on royalties.

Submission Requirements

Broadcast Music List is a boutique publisher and we are pretty stringent on our acceptance. Please only send us your best and remember all submissions must be professionally recorded; master quality with a professional vocalist.

Artists, writers, and co-writers must own 100% of the publishing. Please do not send it until you know that your co-writers own their publishing and have that PRO information available.

In order for us to pitch your music for movies and TV you must own the master recording, have the aiff/wav tracks for both the vocal and the instrumental, and be able to get a release from the vocalist.
